• I am getting this error for logged out users for a form – https://prnt.sc/19D7gSE9-gLt

I have tried updating the plugin to the latest version as well as rolled back to some previous versions but the error persists. How can this be fixed please?

    Thank you.

    Hi @temak

I hope you are doing well today.

Please export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox and share link with us in your next reply so that we could test this form on our lab.

    Also please:
    – let us know hat php version your site use?
    – make sure to review your files and folder permission on the hosting side. Generally, WordPress directory and folder permissions should be set to 755, and most file permissions need to be set to 644.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hi Kris @wpmudevsupport13, I’ve resolved this thanks. I was using the do_shortcode function to display the form which caused the error. I’ve switched this to just using the regular shortcode method in the body of the page and the error is gone but might be worth looking into the conflict it seems to have with the do_shortcode function.

    Thank you.
