Forminator Error ModSecurity

    Hi

    I’ve noticed the following error in the site’s error log:
    ModSecurity: Audit log: Failed to unlock global mutex: Invalid argument [hostname “www.su-bursaries.online”] [uri “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”] [unique_id “Yw7MaDARgF7Vf5033tvyMgAAAAA”], referer: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=forminator-entries&form_type=forminator_forms&form_id=204517

    Why is this happening? Would this result in the error message ‘An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.’
    Some users are intermittently seeing this error message when they try to submit the form.

    Hi @maraleen,

    I hope you are doing well today!

    ModSecurity is a module act like a web application firewall for security, and it looks like some of the rules defined in it, seeems to be blocking Forminator.

    Please check with your hosting provider and exclude the rule that might be causing the issue.
