Forminator form not seen on frontend but visible in admin

I hope you are doing well today.

I visited your site and I cannot see Forminator form there, but different one, possibly from theme or page builder. Can you place Forminator form on some test page and share link with us in your next reply?

If you do not want to share link, can you place that form on test page and check are there any errors in the browser console?

If there a no errors in the browser console, would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator one and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

It appears the issue is more related to a conflict. I could notice a lot of browser console errors when I checked the mentioned page.

Could you please check how it behaves if you enable “Load form using AJAX” under Behavior tab > Rendering. If its already enabled, please check how it behaves when disabled.

However, the issue still looks more related to conflict. Did you try running a conflict test as mentioned in the previous response?

You can run the conflict test in a staging site if it isn’t possible to run in the live site.
