    Hi,

I have 5 forms set up all linked with PayPal. I have received 4 payments for recently submitted forms but only one entry is showing in the submissions area on Forminator. I also did not receive an email notification once forms were submitted.

    Hi @kirstyspain,

Are all of your forms embedded on the same page?
We are currently experiencing issues with such setup and it’s already being investigated by our devs so it can be fixed in future releases.

only one entry is showing in the submissions area on Forminator

Can you try testing by having only one form on the page, in case you have multiple forms added?
Also, in your forms ensure that inside Settings tab you don’t have “Disable store submissions in my database” option disabled.

I also did not receive an email notification once forms were submitted.

Are your other emails, like user registration and password reset, working properly?
The issue with emails is usually related to email sending service you might want to consider setting up SMTP to handle your email sending.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hi,

The forms are embedded on separate pages as was having issues with PayPal buttons working with having forms on the same pages and the “disable store submissions in my database” is already disabled.

Is there any way of finding the forms that have been paid for and submitted which are not showing?

    The emails are now working.

    Hi @kirstyspain,

If the submissions are not showing up it’s possible that the form didn’t submit properly for some reason.

Can you check if your forms throw any kind of console errors upon submission?
You can open the console in Chrome browser by pressing F12 on your keyboard, submit the form and see if any red errors show up.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
