forminator installation

Once you have activated the plugin, you can create a contact form or any form via the Forminator > Forms page on the plugin side in your WordPress dashboard.

Please check the following documentation regarding that:

Once a form is created and published, it should show up as a shortcode which you can add to your page to display the form for your users.
