    Hi @mercilesss

I hope you are doing well today.

Please let us know the below details:

    1. which WP core version you use
    2. What PHP version site uses
    3. Did you install Forminator for the first time on this site or you simply updated Forminator to new version?
    4. If this was update can you reverse to previous version and check can you replicate same error?
    5. Can you log in to FTP/Cpanel and review that file and see if after line 143 rest of code exist or is it cut?

In the end, would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Forminator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

Hey, i did actually do all of that and the problem seem to went away on its own. In the initial test i disabled each plugin one by one untill i came to Forminator and concluded that it was the reason for the crash.

    Hi @mercilesss,

I hope you are doing well today!

Please provide us more information on the issue as you have said that the issue has been resolved until you came to Forminator on initial test. Then the issue has been resolved after some update? Please let us know more details on the issue and if you have tried to switch to WordPress default themes.
