Hello,

Here’s how the form works:
1. You input the the numbers in the requested fields

2. You enter your email

3. The calculated results are shown on the next screen and sent to your email

The results are shown and sent correctly to the email so the calculation is working properly. However, the issue we are having is when the results are shown on the next screen after submitting the email. The {calculation-1} results is showing “$0.00”.

I’ve replaced the {calculation-1} field with other fields and the other fields are showing correctly. So I don’t know why {calculation-1} is not showing the correct results in the “after submission” behavior message.

Please help.

Hi @onefootover,

I tested the form in my test server but I wasn’t able to find an issue with calculation-1 field.

Its was displaying the correct result when tested, could you please check this screenshot and advise if I’m missing out anything?

Hi @onefootover,

To make sure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing an issue, can you please perform a complete conflict test? I hope the following flowchart comes in handy: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

If this is a live website with traffic, please perform the test using a staging website. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new folder on the same server using a separate database.
