    Hello,

    I’ve been using Forminator for years with no problems. Today for a new website I noticed that the notification emails are not arriving.

    Things I’ve checked and tried:

    • new form
    • different emails (@gmail and @domain)
    • smtp plugin
    • other wordpress mails are sent with no problem (new user)
    • all updates are done

    Can you please help me?

    If you have checked all the usual troubleshooting steps above and are still not receiving notification emails from Forminator, here are a few additional things you can try:

    1. Check your spam folder: Sometimes email notifications can end up in the spam folder, so make sure to check there.
    2. Contact your hosting provider: It’s possible that there could be an issue with your hosting provider blocking the emails. Reach out to them to see if they can help troubleshoot the issue.
    3. Double-check your email settings: Make sure that the email settings in Forminator are correct and that the notifications are set up properly.
    4. Install an Email Logging plugin and check if there are any significant issues while sending the notification. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/email+log/

    If this did not help, please share an export of the form with us, so that we can check further.
