Forminator not working

I configure corretly, but forminator don’t show form in page, but show this message “edit form”, when I click in “edit form” I’m redirect to edit forminator in wordpress.

I hope you are doing well.
I checked your source code and it seems you are using a custom theme correct?
Are you removing jQuery-core?
Forminator and many other plugins require the jQuery https://monosnap.com/file/qCgSg2jk9a8Bf6sLEF2rOsNgAhaae8
Could you try to load the native jQuery back and check if issue is gone?
