Forminator pages are showing as insecure in Safari Mac

Hi,

I have integrated forminator in my website. When I enter the forminator page URL without http or https its showing insecure in Macsafari browser. But all other pages in my site is showing as secure.

If you enter https://bilingualnews.jp/ its showing secure. Also bilingualnews.jp/ also showing as secure. But if we enter

https://bilingualnews.jp/bnsupporter/ its showing secure. But this URL is unsecure – bilingualnews.jp/bnsupporter/

But any other URL in my website I enter without http or https protocols its showing as secure. But only the forminator page (bilingualnews.jp/bnsupporter/) is showing as insecure.

How can I resolve this issue?
