Forminator plug-in disappeared

    Hi!

    The Forminator form we use on our website suddenly disappeared from the website and from my installed WordPress plug-ins. I got a notification saying it got deactivated, because it didn’t work, but when I search for the plug-in it says it’s not installed. When I try to install it again it says I can’t because the folder already exists. There’s quite some important information in the sent in forms, so we really need that information and we need the form to go live again for other people to use.

    Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

    Hope you are doing well today.

    This issue usually happens when the update fails due to different reasons, for example, network or temporary server issues on your hosting and it causes the plugin files to break.

    Since the Forminator folder still exists on your site, you need to manually remove its folder and reinstall the plugin.

    You can use a file manager like FTP access to go to wp-contents/uploads directory and remove forminator folder to fix the issue.
