With regular form you can make the form paged and show that score/result on the very last page before submission instead.
So you put questions on the first page and on the second page you put those HTML fields (as suggested by my colleague) where you can include any additional explanation/data you need. User goes to the form and sees only the first page with all the questions and after they click “Next” button, they see your additional information.
The downside is they’d still need to submit the form to get the data to you – if they don’t do it, you won’t have that data.
There’s no direct simple way around it currently, I’m afraid. As my colleague mentioned, it is something we already have on a requested features list so it (this way of “after submission” presentation) may be added in future but I don’t have ETA.
If the “form workaround” is still not sufficient, it would require custom code to be developed but this kind of development would be, I’m afraid, out of the scope of our support.
