    Hello experts,

I have built a contact form using Forminator. The radio buttons work perfectly in the Forminator preview and on the Elementor page preview. However, when I view the live page, the radio buttons are unresponsive. Clicking on them does not select any option.

I have tried various methods suggested on this forum to fix the issue, but none have worked.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @alexfym,

Sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

However, I was unable to replicate the issue on the mentioned URL. The radio button works fine on my end, and I was able to switch between the options without any issues.

Can you please confirm if you managed to fix the issue? If not, can you check this using a private/incognito window and let us know if you still notice the issue? If you do, please provide the device and browser details so we can investigate further.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi Nebu John,

I am still experiencing the issue. I have tried using an incognito window, but that did not resolve it. The radio button does not work on any device or browser, including Chrome and Edge. When I press F12, I see the following error message: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ().”

    Please help.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Alexander Fung

    Hi Nebu John,

I wanted to provide an update on the issue. I managed to get the radio buttons working by exporting the form with the issue to a new form and changing the custom path to the new form’s CSS location. This resolved the problem temporarily.

However, if I make any changes to the form, the CSS file is automatically moved to a new sub-folder, causing the CSS file to fail to load again. I then have to repeat the above steps to get it working, which is very inconvenient.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue permanently would be most welcome.

    Best regards,
    Alexander Fung

    Hi @alexfym

    Thank you for update!

As for the CSS issue, please check the folder where this CSS file is located currently. If there’s a “.htaccess” file in that folder, open it for editing and see if there are following lines in it:

    Options -ExecCGI
    Options -Indexes

If yes, try removing them and setting .htaccess file permissions to 444 (so it wouldn’t be writable).

If it doesn’t help or it’s not the case, let us know, please.

    Best regards,
    Adam
