I have created a registration form WITH a username field, but even after filling in the username it still shows this. BUT the thing is that the username is required and the message is ‘this field is required’ not ‘the username cannot be empty.’Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi @shouryapend

I hope you are doing good today.

I’m not able to replicate this issue on my lab site.

    Could you:

    1. check the browser console and see do any errors exist

    2. make a full site backup or create a staging site and run a full plugin conflict test. Please deactivate all plugins except Frominator and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to a default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

Let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
