Forminator / Routed automated emails send attached files

Hi @wildswann,

There are two ways to include the files in your email notifications, one is by adding a link to it in the email content and other one is to include the attachment itself, and by the sound of it you’re disabling the attachment only.

If your email notifications content includes {all_fields} then it will include a download link to the file as well as it adds all form fields.
You can remove {all_fields} and instead of that add your elements one by one and exclude the Upload field:

Thanks for your answer but everything was already set up like that and I still receive uploaded files from the form. I took some screen to show you, maybe I’m missing something :

Thank you for the information.

I was able to replicate the issue, it is happening if we set the Admin email to receive the Attachments.

A workaround is disabling the Attachments from your admin email too, as the {{all_field}} has the file link.

We will report this issue to the plugin developer, but I’m afraid we can’t give an estimated time to release the fixed version.
