Forminator showing no submissions

    Hello! We have a Forminator form setup on a webpage and have collected several submissions through it but the backend says that there hasn’t been any.

    How can we fix this and show data and insights on the dashboard?

    Hi @kartdigital,

    That’s odd, once the form is submitted then all the submissions for the form should be visible under Forminator > Submissions page once you select the respective form.

    I have made a test submission, could we know whether there are any email notifications regarding that submission on your side? Also possible to share a screenshot of what you notice on the Forminator > Submissions page?

    If you still don’t see any difference then please share the form export so that we could investigate the issue further.
