Hope you are doing great today.

I could notice there are some conflicts in your page when checked via the Browser console.

The issue might be more specific to a conflict which in turn causes the Stripe not to load. The console error points to a conflict with the theme side.

Could you please try running a conflict test as mentioned in the following flowchart and check whether it works?

Maybe you can start by switching to a default WordPress theme and then see how it goes while running the conflict test.

Please check and let us know whether running a conflict test makes any difference.

Thanks for that. On my staging site, I switched to the default Twenty Twelve theme, deactivated all plugins except Forminator and the page still does not show the Payment field in the embedded form.

So it appears to be an issue with Forminator.

Your assistance is very much appreciated.

Due to it being on the staging site, which is password protected, you probably will not be able to view the page I linked to.

Okay, I have solved the problem. After doing all the above, I noticed I had a rule set for the field and after eliminating it, the field appeared and worked fine.
