Forms are not displayed

I’m sorry about this issue.

I can see that there is a JS error coming from smartsender in the browser console. Errors like that affect other scripts. If you have a smartsender plugin I suggest disabling it and see if the forms will start working again.

@wpmudev-support2 Smartsender does not work through a plugin, smartsender works through a script. I removed the script to test the work of the forms. Forms are not displayed.

But it isn’t adding entire HTML to render the form.

Could you please try:

Disable your caching plugin
Make the form load from Ajax on Forminator > Form > Behaviour.

In case none of that help, create a full backup or staging website https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

Once done, run a full plugin conflict test following this flow:

The forms started working, but not quite correctly. For example, in this form, there should be an image near the text, now it is not there. I added the code that you gave me through the styles. Now there are no pictures. Why?
