    Hello,

    Forms are not sent.

For example, when you fill out the form at the top right of this page, which appears after 20 seconds, and you send it, the request does not go through.

Everything was still working fine the last few days.

And it’s the same for all the other popups

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@renaisonp So it was working the last couple of days? Did you change any WP Rocket Settings?

Can you please send us your server’s error log file to [email protected]

    Thanks

@renaisonp Just tested the form, and it looks like it started working again. My guess is its the caching mentioned in the other thread that causing this issue.

Can you please let the WPRocket team know that even though you added var brave_popup_data in “Delay JavaScript Execution”, but its not being excluded from being lazy loaded.

We are probably not excluding it correctly. They can examine the page and help with how to exclude the specific Brave script from being lazyloaded.

Let us know what they say.
    Thanks`

    Hello,

    We removed the javascript option.

Images have been removed to speed up loading.

Without java option everything works without emptying the cache regularly.

    Cordially

    We removed the javascript option.

@renaisonp There are a few Javascript options. Can you please let us know which javascript option your talking about?

    Thanks

Sorry, option “Load content via Ajax”

Thanks for letting us know. Though you were talking about a WpRocket option.
And yes, this option may cause issue with cache plugins. So if when you are using a cache plugin, it should be disabled.

    Thanks

Is it possible not to display the Exit-intend if a second page is visited?

Indeed, if a second page is visited, the bounce rate drops and then the Exit-intend is no longer necessary.

This option would be very interesting to set up if not existing.
