I created an ACFe Form that creates a new CPT post.

The ACF group it uses as several taxonomy fields.

For some reason, this form is populating with terms when you open it.

    See here: https://ibb.co/Lx44DMY

Strange too is one of the taxonomy fields is populated with two terms; the others just one.

I don’t have any load options checks, and even if I did — this is creating a new post so wouldn’t be associated with anything existing anyway.

Any ideas on how to fix?

    Hello,

Thanks for the feedback! ACFE Forms should not load any data if you keep the “Load Values” disabled. Can you please share some screenshots of your Form Actions tabs, to check that everything is alright?

    Thanks!

    Regards.

Sorry about that, thanks for following up!

Nope, nothing is checked under “load.”

    Here are my settings:

    Hello,

Thanks for the screenshots. Did you enable the “Load Terms” setting in your Taxonomy Fields? Maybe ACF try to load the Terms from the current page (where the form is being displayed).

Does this page has terms assigned? If yes, does it matches the terms loaded in the Taxonomy fields?

    Regards.

    Hello,

I’m closing the ticket, as there’s no news. I guess it is due to the “Load Terms” setting that’s could be enabled on the ACF Taxonomy field, which means the form will load the actual terms of the post where the form is being displayed. Disabling this setting should fix the issue.

Feel free to answer if needed.

    Regards.
