Forms disappeared from dashboard

  • Hello, First of all I don’t know what I am doing which you can tell by what I did below:

    The forms disappeared from my dashboard and I cannot find them.

    1.I wanted to get rid of spam form submissions… I noticed my gravity forms expired. I bought new license or whatever.
    2. I input the code. Somewhere.
    3. I went to forms. It said I need to renew it. I clicked and they disappeared.
    4. The gravity plug in upload is failing.

    5 I also got recaptcha and had no success finding the header to put in the code but that’s another issue.

    Maybe there can be a problem with Plugin Upgrade.

    Just to be on the safe side take one complete backup (Source+Database) before we move to any other step.

    To debug or review further I think you can help by sharing some screenshots

    Or maybe you need developer’s help to quickly solve this for you.

    Thank you for responding. I found someone here and what happened was: I had to deactivate mailchimp forms plugin, and that allowed the gravity forms plugin to be successfully installed. Once that was done the forms showed up.
    Who knew???
