Forms Disappeared, Please Help

    Edit found out about security vulnerability

    I have the same problem. Custom Contact Forms have disappeared off three different websites, and the forms are not listed in the Admin page.

    I’m not sure when this problem first occurred. I’m running WP 4.0 and Custom Contact Forms versions 5.1.0.4 and 5.1.0.5.

    What are you saying about “security vulnerability”?

    Plugin and form disappeared here too, would like to know more about this issue…
