Forms do not save

    Hello! I installed the free Floform plugin two weeks ago. Regularly, when I press the “save form” button it erases everything I have done in the last half hour or the last hour. Today this bug has occurred three times. Is this a problem with wordpress or the extension? Can I change something so that it doesn’t happen again?

    Hi @mariambos
    I assume there is a conflict with a plugin or the theme because no other user reported this issue.
    Try to disable your active plugins and see if the issue still occurs.
    Or open the browser console and see if there are any Javascript errors that can give you any hints (you must have some coding knowledge).

    Thanks for your answer. The browser console (in chrome) give this javascrit error:
    “Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.”

    I will test with another browser….

    I had de same bug in Edge, but de browser console indicates nothing.

    That error message does not help much.
    Can you try disabling the other plugins and/or test with Twenty Twenty-One WP theme?
