Forms get deleted when loading

Hello,

I am using the latest version of the plugin and noticed some strange behavior on one of my WordPress installations. I have 6 forms. When I open the page where I can setup the forms the first form is loaded. And it is deleted / reset to default just by loading the website. When I try to open on of the other forms the same thing is happening.

Then I restored the 7 database fields (6 forms plus the global settings) into wp_options table from a backup and the same happened again. I also tried an older version of the plugin, no luck here was well.

I also tried to load the forms from the 3.x version of the plugin (the database entries are still there) but these forms are not loaded into the 4.x plugin (but also outdated and not usable anymore – just wanted to try it).

Any ideas?
