• I didn’t even know I had a problem until a client (on whom I installed the plugin) said one of her users complained that she submitted a form and why didn’t she reply.

We tested her form, as well as mine (I have it on my site as well, and neither one of us is getting the forms)

Here’s my setup. I have WP 4.1 installed on Media Temple (host) dedicated virtual server. PHP and MySQL are all up to date.

I spent an hour with the hosting company. The tech told me the php generated the emails.

My email is through Earthlink. I added the return email to the whitelist just to be sure.

No emails, not even anything in my junk box. I added my gmail address to the send to list, and that ended up in the SPAM box. I also added a GoDaddy email that I have as a backup, and it doesn’t show up there. The only time I see anything there is if I use that email as the inquiry – then I get the confirmation at the GoDaddy address.

I get NO confirmations, no forms, and not even the test email on my Earthlink address. A very patient tech at Earthlink spent an hour and a half, and we couldn’t figure it out.

We tried the following with no success:
    1) Removed “.com” from the subject line
    2) In Security – unchecked enable form POST
    3) verified that from and reply to: were legitimate emails on the same domain as the form.

    Stumped. Please help!!!!
