Forms hang on submit with plugin enabled

    Just purchased this plugin and when it is enabled my GravityForms get continuously stuck when submitting, it looks like the submit just happens over and over continuously with no result. The forms are Ajax enabled.

    As soon as I disable your plugin the forms work fine.

    I cannot find any documentation on how to integrate your plugin with GravityForms or other contact forms, I was expecting this considering your advertise that you support these?

    Hello,

    The Anti-Spam plugin supports Gravity forms. Are there any PHP errors related to CleanTalk?

    So there is an additional plugin I need to install for Gravity support? I didn’t see any errors in the console or the screen… just hangs with a repeated submit attempt that goes nowhere.

    There is no need for additional plugins. It should work “from the box”.

    Did you check your web server PHP logs? You can ask your hosting company about it.

    Ah my misunderstanding of what you meant sorry. I will check the logs tomorrow and test on a dev server too. It’s late Saturday evening here. Thanks.
