Forms hanging and banning all IPs

I’m running standard WP comments, with the WP-Discuz and Postmatic plug-ins. I love the idea of Zero Spam, but when it’s activated, clicking on Post Comment shows an endless spinner, then bans my IP immediately.

Have there been noted conflicts with WP-Discuz and/or Postmatic? When I turn off Zero Spam everything works great.

Any thoughts? I’d love to use the plugin, if possible.
