Forms lost after plugin update

  • Hi,

    We have a long form for parents to subscribe their kids in our school. The plugin was working just fine, but when we updated teh plugin, the PDF design is blank (In backend), and no PDF is attached.

    How can I retrieve the PDF design we have worked so hard, almost a day to create ???

    Please need some help !
