Forms Not Being Submitted to Submissions

    Just updated to Ninja Forms v3.6.1.

    Before the update forms were being added to the Submissions area. After updating forms are sent but are not found under the Submissions tab.

    Can you investigate?

    Can you update Ninja Forms to version 3.6.2 and let us know if you are still seeing the same issue?

    That appears to have resolved the issue. Thanks.

    This version (3.6.2) still shows a submission form for Caldera, but this plugin is not installed on our system.
    The log contains the following error message
    Table 'bitnami_wordpress.wp_cf_form_entries' doesn't exist by query select * from wp_cf_form_entries posts where form_id='' made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), wp, WP->main, WP->parse_request, do_action_ref_array('parse_request'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, rest_api_loaded, WP_REST_Server->serve_request, WP_REST_Server->dispatch, WP_REST_Server->respond_to_request, NF_Routes_Submissions->get_submissions, NinjaForms\Includes\Handlers\SubmissionAggregate->filterSubmissions, NinjaForms\Includes\Database\CalderaSubmissionDataSource->retrieveSubmissionMeta, NinjaForms\Includes\Database\CalderaSubmissionDataSource->retrieveSubmissionMetaByCfFormId

    I would like back the submission form in version 3.6.0 and older.
