Forms not Displaying

  • I have all my websites using ultimate member updated automatically and this is just a new install about 45 mins ago, but alas! Forms are not displaying at all on the default form pages!

    I have a same issue on our web site.
    I have disabled temporary the Google Recaptcha on the form, and it’s work.
    Now, I’m looking how to fix the embed code.

    I disabled Recaptcha and it still didn’t display the forms.

    Update: The forms showed up after I cleared the cache with reCaptcha disabled. However this is not a very safe solution.

    +1 on the need to address this matter: from what I can tell, it doesn’t happen only on Chrome but also on Firefox. The console returns an error telling “the field cannot be empty”. Getting back to a previous version of UM doesn’t solve the issue, and the script only seems to be included once in my case, even though my form is quite particular because there are actually two sub-forms within one master form, each sub-form giving access to a custom role.
    The only workaround for now seems to be the deactivation of recaptacha in each form’s settings…

    Is there a real solution to this? the other filters existing against spam are not always enough…

    I have been wrapping my head around this one, I got some I ideas but unfortunately work keeps me from further investigating.

    Getting back to a previous version of UM doesn’t solve the issue

    but this is something many users are not willing to do. That site works with version 1.3.39.

    Just like with new computer OS releases, one should should wait 6 months or refrain from hastily hitting the update button.

    Hi borisv and thank you for your message, I hadn’t seen one would have to go back this far in the previous versions… I had tested until 1.3.67 with no result but I will try to go back to 1.3.39 ??     The fix should cover all the versions of Ultimate Member until date (1.3.72) that are having an issue with the Google reCaptcha addon and all major browsers.
