Forms not sending while plugin active.

  • Forms on this page had been working until today.
    Each form should send a pdf to both admin and client on completion, however the ajax loading circle repeats endlessly.
    Admin receives the submitted form, but client doesn’t.

    Any ideas what could be causing the clash?
