Forms not showing

    Hi

    I have 2 forms on my site, top bar and scroll – they were working fine but have suddenly disappeared. I’ve cleared the cookies, opened a private browsing window in FF and still I can’t see them. I also wanted to create a separate page with an embedded form that a visitor can access from my blogs and nothing I do makes the form visible.

    Can someone have a look and advise….thanks

    Hi

    I just checked my ‘header.php’ file in my theme and the snippet of MM code had disappeared. Have you ever heard of this happening before? I updated the file once again and have my forms back – checked with Incognito. Should I be concerned moving forward?

    What I’m hoping my theme doesn’t have a bug and don’t want to contact the theme developer until I find out whether this is something MM has seen before.

    You can create it through your WordPress plugin.There is a support option available in the top right corner.
