Forms not showing for logged out users

    Hey,

    Logged out users are now not able to view the forms.

    Register product shows blank to logged out users but once logged in, you can see the form.

    This means new users are unable to register.

    Please could you assist.

    Can you check if the register page’s restriction access is enabled?
    You can check it in wp-admin>Pages> Edit Page and see who can access the page.

    Restrict access to this post? is not ticket, therefore it is not enabled.

    I see I am now getting a second error with the login form redirecting back to the login form if a user tries to click on register on the login form.

    Hi @timothygriesel

    Could you please check if UM Content Restriction is enabled on the Register page? Try editing the Register page and then scroll at the bottom part and you will see the “UM Content Restriction”.

    Hey Guys,

    Sorry, seems I’ve solved the error. My registration form type was marked as profile. Therefore seems to have been solved now.
