Forms not submitting

We utilize the FormCraft plugin on our organization’s website (https://www.urbanleaguela.org). Today, we renewed the license of that plugin and since then, then forms no longer work. When someone tries to fill out a form and hits the SUBMIT button, nothing happens. No error message or success message. It does nothing. We have many forms on our site that we are using in a timely manner and would love to see what the issue is.
