Forms not Submitting

    Good day,

    I have noticed that my Ninja Forms are not submitting lately.

    I use Ninja Forms on 10 of my websites (all websites are using WordPress 4.7.4) and have done extensive testing to determine the problem. This is what I have determined…

    Websites using 3.0.34.1: No issues, forms working (i.e. islandwebsitedesign.ca/contact)
    Websites using 3.1.1: NOT WORKING, get admin-ajax 404 on POST (i.e. tredhomes.ca/#contact)
    Website using 3.1.1 rollback to 2.9.x: No issues, forms working (i.e. drgplumbing.ca/#contact)

    This is the error I get (Chrome Inspection Console)…
    POST https://www.tredhomes.ca/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)

    I have tried it with no other plugins activated using the Twenty Seventeen theme with the same results.

    Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Good Day,

    I have done some additional testing. I setup 2 fresh installs of WP running Twenty Seventeen and no plugins except Ninja Forms on 2 separate servers. One works and one doesn’t… Curious indeed…

    Working: https://www.figoitalian.ca
    Not Working: https://testserver2.islandwebsitedesign.ca/

    Good day,

    My web hosting provider has told me that this is “a false positive mod_security rule which was causing this behavior”. I will resolve the issue with them.
