    Forms will not submit. The JS error on clicking Submit is

    “(index):379 Uncaught ReferenceError: check_required16 is not defined
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick ((index):379:40069)”

    Hello dear @foxrobinson ,
    Thanks for your inquiry.

    To solve the issue, please try to follow 2 steps:

    1. Navigate to Form Maker >>> Options and enable Ajax Submit option, see the screenshot. It should fix the issue. If not then please try option 2.
    2. If you have any caching or optimizing plugins, please exclude the form page from being cached/optimized, then clear website cookies and cache and check again.

    I appreciate your quick response. However, as time was of the essence I have switched my client to another form plugin.
