Forms on email appear different than forms on website

Currently, we don’t have a feature that allows notifications to match the layout of the form. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

In case you’d like to customize the styles on the email template for your form notifications, you can check our guide here. By following it, you can modify the email message using HTML to replicate the form’s visual design, or even create your own email template.
