Forms on site no longer working

Greetings!

Not sure what’s happened – all of my sites forms have stopped working (sending through email to the restaurant after a customer has submitted it).

I noticed that the id attributes changed automatically to something else, so I changed these in the shortcodes for each form.

Quite stuck. Not sure how to resolve this. Any help appreciated!!!
