Forms pops up on some pages and not others

    I created a Popup using Gravity Forms, which is a simple form with name, email, and a comments box. The trigger is Click Open.

    On the home page, dev.ewcpa.com, both Free Consultation boxes open the Popup.

    On the other pages, such as https://dev.ewcpa.com/canada, clicking the Free Consultation box in the Main Sidebar Widget does not do anything. Do I need a different trigger for the sidebar? Where would I put that?
