forms repopulate after submit

I use CF7 and cforms on my blog. When a forms is submitted the input fields are cleared when I hit the submit button. When the success message returns, the fields are repopulated. When a different person access the form from their computer, they see the fields populated with the data from the previous submission. How can I get the forms to stay clear after a successful submission?
