forms shortcodes dont work

    hello
    i was using 2.0.25 version it was working perfect
    but when i update it to 2.0.29
    forms short codes dont work dont show anything

    i am using WPML and i make there login forms in different language
    and now just just selected page in ultimate-member setting page work
