• Hello, i have used wpforms to include forms in my website.
i have been using wpforms since past 1 year but did not face such problem before.
i have 5 forms in my website and all of them are working however none of them is displaying form entries in dashboard. The number count on dashboard is showing the correct number of entries but in the Wpforms admin page entries are not showing. i have checked all forms and found that no form has enable the option “Disable storing to database” and the form entries are also storing in database and can be accessed through PHPmyadmin but the entries are not displaying in the Admin dashboard in WPform.

    Hi @amujain22,

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing!

When you get the chance, can you please check if you have WPForms Lite installed and activated on your site? If it is, please know that currently, WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store entries, and we’ve provided clarification about this on the Entries page in Lite. And if you have any suggestions on how we can better clarify the entry page notice in Lite, please let me know.

But, in case you have installed the paid version of WPForms and you have an active license subscription with us, could you submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
