Forms Submissions Not Showing Up in Hubspot

Hello,

We have 4 forms on our site, all built using Contact Form 7. He had been using the other Contact Form 7 – Hubspot plugin but it stopped working like a month ago so we switched to this on.

When I was adding our Hubspot account, it wouldn’t work when using the API key. So I just went with the OAuth version and logged in to our account there. It’s saying that we have an Authorized Connection and have the little green check icon.

I then created the feeds. Since I’m just using the free version of the plugin for now (will upgrade to premium once we can get this working), I can’t add some of the custom fields we have. But that’s fine, and like I said, if this plugin proves to work then we will upgrade. But I was able to map the standard fields.

I then tested all the forms. When I click submit, I get the little spinning icon. That never goes away, it just keeps spinning and spinning with no success or error message.

Now, Contact form 7 is mailing me the form submission. So it is being submitted. And when I go to the Hubspot Log tab in the plugin settings, I can see the submissions (even though they all have N/A in the Hubspot ID column and 0 in the Entry ID column.

But regardless, none of the submissions are making it into hubspot. According to Hubspot, there hasn’t been any submissions in over a month.

Does anyone have any thoughts to what might be going on?
