    Hi,

I have been having an issue for a couple of days with the plugin. However, I am now getting the following error message

It looks like the forms table is missing. Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin to attempt to create the table. If the error persists, please get in touch with the YIKES Inc. support team.

I have deactivated and re-activated, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Unfortunately this is not something that we can resolve without access to both your site and database.

There is something going on in the databse where the tables are not being created. You may want to check your servers error logs for anything that may tell us what’s going on.

    Thanks,
    Evan

    Hi Evan,

I will email our hosting company to see if they can provide me with the details.

    Thanks

    Hi Evan,

The hosting company looked at it today and have resolved the issue with the missing table. However, now we have the following issue

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘id’ in ‘where clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_yikes_easy_mc_forms WHERE id = aabd5a7a2b

Oh no…This form doesn’t exist. Head back to the manage forms page and select a different form.

When I try to create the form it then says

    Error Creating Form

Please try again. If the error persists please get in contact with the YIKES Inc. support team.

    Thanks

    Hi David,

It sounds to me like you upgraded from a previous version, and you’re still trying to reference old forms.

    SELECT * FROM wp_yikes_easy_mc_forms WHERE id = aabd5a7a2b

The id = inside of that statement should be a number, id: 1,2,3,4.

Can you email me at [email protected] with temporary login credentials and I can take a look for you. I have no idea why the tables aren’t being created for you.

What did you host provider do for you? If they simply created a table with no rows, that’s not going to resolve the issue. The plugin really needs to create the table itself.

    Hi Evan,

Did you receive the login details I emailed last week? Just still getting the same errors with the form tables.

    Thanks

    Hi David,

No I did not. Can you please re-send them, or manually send them over to me. The email generated by WordPress sometimes gets sent to my spam folder.

    Thanks,
    Evan
