Forms take 60 seconds to submit

  • Forms on my website (WP Multisite install) take an extremely long time to submit information.

    A test form is here – https://www.georgetowncollege.edu/land/brandon-test – which uses Contact Form 7, but the problem exists with Ninja Forms and Jetpack forms as well. I’m running W3 Total Cache on the site, but even with it disabled, I still get this problem.

    I don’t see console errors in Firebug or Chrome Developer and Query Monitor shows the sum of all queries < 0.5 second.
