I have a form where people submit files and place an order with a payment processed by Stripe. Today I had a customer attempt to make a submission and she got an error message. She tried again and was able to place the order. When I checked my Stripe account, both her payments went through and were charged to her credit card.

Is there a way to make sure that only forms submission that are successful end up in charges being processed?

    Hi @jamiehide,

That’s odd behaviour. In general, it shouldn’t be causing such issues. Could we know what exact error did your customer noticed during the initial submission?

Could we know what was the “Method” saved for Submission Behaviour in your form settings? ie whether it was set to Ajax or Page Reload?

If it’s saved to “Page Reload” could you please ensure you switch to “Ajax” and then check whether you could replicate the issue again or not?

Please do let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
