Forms with files not working on iPhone / iPad

Trying to reopen the topic as this is kind of a big deal for many developers and doesn’t appear to be any solution or workaround.

On the latest versions of iOS11 the form with files won’t work. Stuck on spinning wheel on submission. Very easy to replicate.

This is still the case on latest iOS 11.4 released this week. Any update?
