Forms with List , when i try to edit form have an error

This error means that we were unable to find any of your list’s fields.

Have you tried clearing your API cache? (https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/)

You could also turn on debug settings and see whether an error message is printed when trying to access your list (https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/debug-settings/)

Besides that I am not sure what could be going on. Would you be losing much if you re-created your current form(s) based on the same list(s)?

Yes I did everything you mentioned, I do not want to re-create new forms because I will lose all the translations I put. It does not make sense not to be able to edit a form to change the list.
Can you please correct this error?

I’m sorry; I do not know what’s going on.

When you have debug settings active, do you see an error message when trying to access your lists? Can you copy and paste that error message here?

Does the list still exist on MailChimp.com? The list that your current form is based on – does that still exist? Or did you delete it and create a new list and now you’re trying to change the form to use that new list?

When i create that forms i used a Testing MailChimp Account , now i change the Api key to use the New Mailchimp Account and it’s strange not being able to edit the forms and change the list.

There is no way to edit a form if we can’t find the associated list in MailChimp. In this case, the associated list is not available because you’re using a different MailChimp account that has different lists.

I understand that you’re only trying to change the list associated with your form but the forms are tied to their lists and we can’t transfer data between lists like that.

You’re going to need to create a new form based on your new list.

But at the technical level on your side what is the difficulty of having the possibility to open a form and edit a field in this case the list by selecting the new list that is in effect? That’s what I do not understand.

But okay for now i will create new forms for this new list.

The difficulty is that critical form data doesn’t exist (e.g. List data, form fields). All of that data is stored in the same place as your form’s customizations (e.g. custom messages, opt-in settings). When our form builder is loading, if we’re missing the list/field data then we throw an error. Decoupling the list data from the form data is not an easy task. Does that make sense?
