Form Donation NOT FUNCTIONING

  • I’ve created the donations button form and placed the short code on the appriopriate page, however, most of the time the page where the forum/dontate button should be comes up blank.

    Every once in a while in shows up, but no even close to consistantly. It shoulds like a caching issue, but I have flushed by cache several times and that has not helped.

    I have viewed the page from multiple computers and all just show a blank area where the form should be.

    I really need to get this up and running. I bought the plugin with the understanding it would work beautifully, I hope I was not wrong.

    Oh, I should say that I am using W3 Total Cache plugin. Is there a setting I should not have turned on for it?

    It seems like the plugin works when W3 Total Cache is turned off, but I need it to stay turned on for speed/efficiency.

    What settings should I ensure are off so yoru plugin functions correctly?
