Forum fails to submit.

    I keep getting this message whenever I try to submit the forum:
    “Sorry! your form was not submitted properly, Please check the errors above.”
    It happens whenever I click submit regardless of the info I have entered.

    It seems you have removed “Field error message” block inside a field group which trigger form error due to missing block? to show respective field error message.

    Please add “Field error message block” wherever you have removed it.?
